Women Leading the Way at Baird- Associate Resource Groups
At Baird, leadership isn’t just about titles, it’s about impact. Starting in the 2026 term, every Associate Resource Group (ARG) at Baird will be led by women, a milestone that speaks volumes about the firm’s culture of empowerment, inclusion, and trust in diverse leadership. It’s not a coincidence; it’s a reflection of a workplace that values diverse voices, supports growth, and creates space for women to lead authentically.
As part of my internship, I had the opportunity to sit down with each of these incredible women. What began as a series of interviews quickly became an experience that left me inspired, energized, and deeply proud to be part of a firm where women are not only empowered to lead but encouraged to lead in their own way.
These women represent a broad range of roles across cybersecurity, IT, Private Wealth Management, learning and development, and more. But what unites them is a shared commitment to building community, creating opportunities, and making Baird a better place for everyone.
