Amy Gilbert

Amy Gilbert is the Associate Branch Manager for Baird’s Edina and Minnetonka offices, where she plays a key leadership role in supporting advisors, strengthening team culture, and advancing the long‑term success of the branch. She brings deep industry experience and a collaborative, people‑first mindset, partnering closely with advisors to drive growth, develop talent, and elevate the client experience. Amy is known for her client‑centric approach, strong recruiting and coaching abilities, and thoughtful perspective on practice management.

Before stepping into her role as Associate Branch Manager, Amy led Branch Support associates across the Market, focusing on training, development, and process excellence. She brought more than 20 years of industry experience to Baird, beginning her career at Dain Rauscher as a Research Associate before spending eight years on the institutional side as a Syndicate Manager and Sales Trader with Wessels, Arnold & Henderson. Prior to joining Baird, she served as a Trader/Client Specialist with CRI/Securian, further expanding her expertise across multiple areas of the business.

Amy lives in Edina with her husband, John, and stays busy keeping up with her sons—Charley, Jack, and Ryder—and her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Clover and Gus. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially along Minnesota’s North Shore, a favorite area she knows well from growing up in Duluth.
